Mason Lee has been an insurance agent since 1998. In 2014, he started Family First Insurance with the goal of creating a custom insurance experience for his clients’ unique situations. Outside work, Mason loves spending time with his wife and three children and enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking and fishing.

Ashley has over 15 years of experience in insurance, and enjoys working with clients and helping them find the right balance of coverage and cost. She is a native of Wilson, and loves eastern NC passionately. She and her husband Richard have 3 children, and love spending time at the coast as much as possible. Ashley embodies the “southern charm” that makes the south so hospitable.

Taylor Eason

Receptionist

Taylor is also a native of eastern NC and grew up in Elm City. She loves assisting clients, both walk-in and on the phone, and makes sure we are responsive when we are needed! She loves country music, and her dog “Dolly” (yep, as in Parton). Taylor has nearly 5 years of customer service experience, and is looking forward to furthering her knowledge in the insurance field.

Lubby Dubby Bear has recently joined our team as our official Family First Mascot! From his first days as a cub, Lubby Dubby has always loved helping people, and has a special place in his heart for kids! You can find Lubby Dubby Bear at any event that we sponsor, and on special occasions at our office! You can send Lubby Dubby a message clicking the “letter” icon. Lubby Dubby especially loves hearing from kids, and many times will send a special surprise out when he gets a message!
