Great experience! I discovered that progressive increased our policy cost by a large amount. Our household is accident and ticket free. Family first made it easy to shop around and found great options for our family. We were able to increase our coverage and limits as well. They explained why having low limits was risky, especially if we were to have accident and/or be sued by another motorist, the low limits we had with progressive wouldn’t protect us. I am so glad that we are not only better educated now, but that I feel more protected than ever, especially with all of the distracted drivers out there. Thanks looking out for our family.

I had the best experience there I have had with an insurance company in a long time. Ashley Tyner helped me out and showed me all of the different prices and coverage options available. I was able to save a lot of money over my previous insurance company. I moved all my coverage to them they were very helpful and understanding. thank you to all of the staff and especially Ashley for your help. I have recommended them to several other people that I know that have had insurance increases in the past few months.
