If there were 10 stars to give Family First Insurance, I'd give them 15. Wow. Just wow. This is the first time I've ever worked with an independent insurance agent. After leaving Corporate America -- and moving states on top of that -- I needed help with re-insuring myself and my car. Enter Mason, owner of Family First Insurance. Mason is a great listener, taking time to hear what's going on with you and understanding your insurance situation. He came back with some great insurance options that saved me a lot of money, particularly on auto: coming from TX to NC, he cut my annual car insurance expense in half! I can't promise that much of a reduction for you, but keep reading for a local in-state situation. Anyway, once I was back in NC we met in person and talked in more detail. In this conversation, he had an idea for additional savings on medical as well. After hearing how well Mason was able to help me, one of my family members immediately sent info to Mason and -- boom -- he's saving her nearly $1,400 a year JUST on auto insurance (and this is a local NC situation!). She and her husband are also pleased with what Mason was able to do for them on homeowner's insurance. Your savings may vary, but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it to at least call Mason. At least call him. Tell him what your current insurance needs are (auto, home, boat, renter, life, etc.) and let him see if he can save you some money! Mason is excellent to work with, and very responsive. Everyone I've met at FFI is great.

I have had the most pleasant and positive experience working with Sandy. She goes above and beyond for each of her clients and looks after everyone as if they were her own family. I can not express in words the relief she has brought to my mind by going through each policy until we found the perfect one for my needs with an affordable cost and coverage that is better than any Insurance Plan I have had in the past.
